Check-In Procedures
Upon arrival, you will be met by a member of the staff who will direct you to your troops campsite. You may begin setting up camp immediately upon arrival. It is strongly recommended that your unit provide some sort of perimeter line, with flagging tape. Units may begin checking in at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. Do not ask to arrive any earlier, well, you can arrive but the gate will be locked and you cannot start setting up till 1:30. Thank you for your understanding.
One adult from each unit should report to Headquarters as soon after arrival as is possible. This leader should be prepared with the following:
It is very important that all your units event judges be at the meeting on Friday night.
The actual judge, not a unit representative, must be in attendance.

- Proof of Insurance (if not from the Daniel Boone Council)
- Patrol Rosters
- Youth Protection Certification for the Leader In Charge
- Health Forms - A and B
- Actual Number Count of Participants and Adults in Attendance
- Payment (if any) that is due
